SynapseLayer extracts those rules into the operome: a deterministic logic graph in which every node traces back to its source clause, every evaluation returns the same result for the same inputs, and every change is versioned.

The result is a layer that language models and agents can call rather than approximate. A model proposes; the operome decides, and it can show why. For regulated businesses this turns AI deployment from a compliance risk into an auditable process.

We have run capital markets infrastructure on deterministic rule engines for years, under CSSF supervision in Luxembourg, and in the last six months extracted the horizontal layer that any document-bound business can use. We are now looking for two or three pilot partners in banking, insurance, logistics and hospitality: organisations with a bounded, document-heavy process (onboarding, eligibility, pricing, claims, contract compliance) who want it made machine-evaluable within weeks, not quarters.
