Every agent deployment needs the same thing: the rules of the business it is acting for, in a form it can execute rather than infer. Those rules exist in every company, in contracts, policies and regulation, and none of them are software. SynapseLayer Inc. (Delaware) builds the operome, the layer that makes them executable, and is raising a USD 3M seed on a SAFE to take it to market.

The technology is not a prototype. It runs in production on a CSSF-regulated capital markets platform in Luxembourg, on a codebase of roughly 200,000 lines with production reliability above 99.9 percent, and it has been used to generate and manage regulated issuance documentation end to end. The seed round funds the horizontal product, the first enterprise pilots outside capital markets, and the team to deliver them.

We are looking for investors who understand enterprise software, regulated fintech or AI infrastructure, and who have a view on where determinism and auditability sit in the agent stack. Meetings at AAIC are welcome; the founder is based between Lisbon and Vienna.
